Every once and a while, you have to take a look at yourself and take stock in what you see.
Yesterday afternoon I found myself leaving a local church, when I met a well-dressed Hispanic man who needed directions to the courthouse. So I reached inside my ScottEVest, turned on my Verizon local area network, and whipped out my iPad. I pulled up the map program and showed him where we were, put it in satellite view mode, identified the court house, and showed him how to get there. Then I put my stuff away and left.
Also in my various pockets: an iPhone; a laser-equipped XD .45; spare high capacity magazine for same; tactical flashlight.
I begin to suspect that I am a little bit off the curve, here…. but as Popeye said, “I yam what I yam!”
